[AfricaRealities.com] TANZANIA: PAUL KAGAME FAILED TO IMPOSE HIS CANDIDATE, EDWARD LOWASA, IN THE COMING PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

TANZANIA: PAUL KAGAME FAILED TO IMPOSE HIS CANDIDATE, EDWARD LOWASA, IN THE COMING PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.

13 juillet 2015

Politiki

Yesterday, the ruling party, in Tanzania, Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM), has chosen the current minister of works, John Pombe Joseph Magufuli, to be its candidate in the coming presidential elections, which will take place on the 25 October 2015.

"Magufuli (L) and Tanzania president Kikwete (R) visit the CCM just-nominated candidate's mother in a past photo."

« Magufuli (L) and Tanzania president Kikwete (R) visit the CCM just-nominated candidate's mother in a past photo. »

During the selection of the candidate within CCM, a controversial candidate showed up and this was Mr. Edward Lowasa, who is known in Tanzania to be very close to Paul Kagame and RPF-Inkotanyi. This made some tanzanians to worry, as they think to have Edward Lowasa as a president is the same to be ruled by Paul Kagame and his RPF.

In that period, one opposition political party, Democratic Party led by Rev. Christopher Mtikila, showed big concern and now it is planning to bring Edward Lowasa to justice for treason and puting TANZANIAN'S sovereignty in danger. Through a very long document ( In Swahili, it is attached this article)DP is showing in details all the links between Edward Lowasa and Paul Kagame and his RPF. Moreover it shows the relation between what is happening in Burundi and the war in Eastern Congo and the Genocide in Rwanda in 1994.

« Edward Lowasa is a traitor to our country, a corrupt person, assisted by the chief murderer, dictator Paul Kagame, in the plan of taking the Presidency of our country, so it becomes a colony of the Hima (Tutsi) empire. It is the prospect of dictator Kagame to controle Tanzania, if their man Edward Lowasa, becomes president.

The Port of Dar es Salaam will be his, for transporting the natural ressources from his colony, Congo (DRC), the dirty trick that President Kikwete was strongly opposed by his statesmanship, it was one of the causes of the hatred that killer has for Kikwete. Kagame, the assassin who is the commander of the extremist Tutsi, with very bad faith, that God created Bantu for slavery by Tutsis, and Tutsis supposedly created to rule on them »! Says DP.

DP continues to produce more details about how Paul Kagame has infiltrated Tanzania by using girls who passed as prostitutes and all that game is controlled by Paul Kagame's wife Mrs Jeannette Kagame.

« Five months ago they poured three hundred women in Kigoma and Kagera province, and many more in Dar es Salaam, and spread hinterland, they go around preaching Lowasa as a good and suitable (for Tutsis) President. Lowasa presidential campaign was driven everywhere by Hima-Tutsi Empire agents who penetrated or purchased at each institution, schools, churches and mosques where Lowasa shed blasphemous corruption, from its sea of money laundering.

Jeannette Nyiramongi Kagame

Jeannette Nyiramongi Kagame, is also in the game of destabilizing Tanzania

Mrs. Jeannette Kagame arrived at Kigoma Coast View Hotel with a big amount of money, to corrupt people and make a campaign against, a native of Kigoma by name Dr. Walid Kaburu, who was running for a Parliamentary seat, and promoted instead a citizen of Rwanda named Peter Serukamba who is familiar with Kagame.

He is now scheduled to get a Parliament seat of Kigoma North, in the return Kagame and Co. will get the control of areas like Manyovu and Kagunga, it is the gate of the wealth from Congo on the way to the Port of Dar es Salaam, which Kagame intends to control, if Edward Lowasa is president of Tanzania. This is one of the reasons President Kagame wants to impose his man as president for Burundi even by force ».

DP mentioned also how Tanzania is in a big danger, because Paul Kagame and his RPF are using tutsis, who were born or raised in Tanzania, whose parents arrived there as refugees in 1959, to destabilize Tanzania.

« For example, Seth Kamanzi, has been highly educated than our citizens, he became a lecturer at the College of Finance IFM, he penetrated and became a member of the Executive Committee of CCM, and when he had finished the work he was sent for he fled to Rwanda with all of our secrets, he is now Senator there »!

Prof Silas Rwakabamba

Prof Silas Rwakabamba

« Our nation has given a very good education to Professor Silas Lwakabamba, he became Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Albert Butare. These were the heads of UNDP projects in Arusha, but when they got a lot of money for major projects, they made all their dirty tricks and they fled to Rwanda with all the money, it is this money they used to establish the Institute of Science and Technology! (KIST).

Today Prof. Silas Lwakabamba has recently been sacked as Rwanda's Minister of Education, but he has still functions to handle secret agents of Kagame in our country, as Edward Lowasa, for Hima Empire, whose Tutsi are very proud for as if he is already the president of their colony!

The most painful example is Lt. Colonel Celestine Seromba, who was in the very sensitive position in the security of our nation, as Head of IT Protection Unit of our army, with all the secrets of Our Army, with all the data of our arms, our training and our Protection strategies we have, that is all our strength as a nation!

When he had finished the work he has been sent for by the killer, Paul Kagame, he escaped with all these secrets, and received in Rwanda by the dictator Kagame  as a hero, and once he arrived, he was promoted to the rank of Colonel »! DP deplores.

Edward Lowasa, a CCM member and a businessman

Edward Lowasa, a CCM member and a businessman

But even if Paul Kagame and RPF have spent nights and days designing all sorts of  strategies in order to impose their candidate, Edward Lowasa, at the head of CCMmembers of the ruling party hade another understand and will never fall in front of the Paul Kagame' liesEven before the last day of the selection of the CCM candidate in the coming presidential elections, Edward Lowasa, has already been eliminated. So what is Paul Kagame's next move? Is he going to use plan B, a civil war against Tanzania as he does now for Burundi? Is he going to lose all? Let's wait and see, what is going to happen.

Some people are still questenning the Hima-Tutsi Empire project, because they are also part of it and it is obvious, they don't like IKAZE IWACU, which is the first Newspaper to search and put out all the plans of this evil project designed to exterminate a big number of Hutus (Bantu) population in great lakes region of Africa, and to make the rest slaves of Tutsis. We recommend them to read the entire Democratic Party Document her: fichier pdf Lowasa Edward Paul Kagame candidate

And if they need to read more, check the list of books below. There you can finde more information about the history of Hima-Tutsi Empire:

We want also to thank the Democratic Party in Tanzania for taking IKAZE IWACU ARTICLES SERIOUSLY, and raising this issue, because many millions of innocent people have been killed in our region as sacrifice to reach the creation of that evil Hima-Tutsi Empire. Let's stand up for fighting against it, and destroy it completely, before it destroys us!!

The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.
I have loved justice and hated iniquity: therefore I die in exile.
The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.

Why We Exist

Many abuses facing African people are committed by African states, ruling elites, armed groups, military forces and security services. But these abuses are often sustained by international silence, Western lobbying, trade interests, migration deals, mineral access, diplomatic partnerships and unequal global accountability. Africa Realities Media exposes that system.

Lived Experience Matters

Survivors, displaced communities, refugees, families affected by repression, journalists, activists, women, young people and diaspora voices are not passive subjects. They are knowledge holders. Their experiences must shape policy, advocacy, journalism and public debate. The people closest to injustice are often closest to the solutions.

Our Principle

Africa Realities Media is rooted in one principle: African lives deserve equal truth, equal justice and equal protection.

The FDLR Myth: How Rwanda Weaponises a Diminished Threat to Justify Occupation

The FDLR Myth: How Rwanda Weaponises a Diminished Threat to Justify Occupation Investigation Exposes Contradictions in Rwanda's Security Narrative For over a decade, Rwanda has justified its military presence in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo by citing threats from the FDLR, a Hutu militia group linked to the 1994 genocide. But an investigation into FDLR's actual capabilities, Rwanda's military operations, and patterns of violence reveals a narrative that does not match reality. The FDLR threat, whilst real, has been systematically exaggerated and manipulated to justify objectives that have nothing to do with the militia group. Introduction The Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) occupies a central position in Rwanda's justification for military intervention in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. For more than two decades, Rwandan authorities have portrayed the militia group as an existential threat requiring sustaine...

The Aggressor’s Complaint: Why Rwanda’s “Biased” US Sanctions Argument Echoes Russia

Kigali wants Washington to punish Congo too. But a ceasefire that leaves the occupier in place is not peace; it is occupation without noise. African lives are not worth less. African deaths are not normal. Western interests must never become a licence to kill African people. Introduction: A Familiar Complaint On 29 June 2026, Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olivier Nduhungirehe, sat before the cameras of France 24 and declared that his country was “disappointed by the increasingly biased US mediation” in the conflict with the Democratic Republic of Congo. He asked why sanctions had targeted only Rwanda. He called the measures unfair, one-sided and counterproductive. Weeks earlier, President Paul Kagame had told Jeune Afrique that sanctions and threats were insults thrown at Rwanda, and accused Washington of exerting heavy pressure on Rwanda while treating the DRC more delicately. The grievance sounds reasonable until you remember where you have heard it before. Since 2022, the Kr...

THE GENOCIDE AGAINST THE HUTU. PART 2: DOCUMENTED MASS KILLINGS OF HUTU POPULATIONS

MASS KILLINGS OF HUTU BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER 1994 IN RWANDA, DRC AND UGANDA INTRODUCTION TO PART 2 Part 1 established the assassination of President Habyarimana, the Bruguière and Spanish investigations, Kagame's responsibility for starting the war, the Kigali massacres, challenges to the "genocide against the Tutsi only" narrative, and the need for UN framework revision. Part 2 documents specific mass killings of Hutu populations that have been systematically erased from history: the Kibeho massacre of 1995, the Byumba Stadium massacre of 1994, the hunting and slaughter of Hutu refugees in the Democratic Republic of Congo from 1996 to 1997, killings in Uganda, and the pattern of political assassinations and property seizures. 2. Desperate Kagame: Where Does He Go From Here—and What Comes Next?

How Paul Kagame Uses Diplomats' "Bury Your Head in the Sand" Strategy as a Green Light to Continue Rwanda's War in the DRC Africa Realities Media   |   17 July 2026 The purpose of this article is to expose a deliberate and systematic strategy: Paul Kagame's years-long practice of creating events — diplomatic dinners, RPF party meetings, genocide commemorations, international business forums and RPF Bureau Politique addresses — to which he invites foreign ambassadors and the world's business and political elite for one purpose: to explain, justify, and defend Rwanda's military invasion of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Everybody who follows this region knows the strategy now. The same narrative. The same arguments. The same defiance. At one event he tells the Trump Administration to go to hell. At the next he says those sanctioning him will leave power and he will remain. At the RPF Bureau Politique of 17 July 2026, he tells ambassadors that the on...

Why Africa Realities Media Is Different

Africa Realities Media speaks to Africa and to the developed world. Many abuses facing African people are committed by African states and ruling elites, but they are often protected by international silence, lobbying, public relations, trade interests, migration deals and unequal global accountability. While governments pay lobbyists to present a good image abroad, ordinary African people continue to face violence, hunger, disease, poverty, repression and exclusion. We challenge the normalisation of African suffering and demand equal truth, equal justice and equal protection.

Policy and Systems Change

Our work is designed to trigger debate, discomfort and action. We do not only expose injustice; we work for policy and systems change. We want governments and institutions to address the root causes of inequality, disadvantage, discrimination, exclusion and barriers affecting African people. We believe lasting change must be shaped by people with lived experience.

Exposing Injustice in Africa

Africa Realities Media is an independent African accountability platform based in London. We report, analyse and challenge the systems that shape African suffering, silence African victims and protect abusive power. We are not here to repeat diplomatic language. We are here to ask the questions that are often avoided: why are African deaths treated as normal? Why are African victims given less urgency? Why are governments that imprison, exclude, displace or kill their own people protected when they serve powerful international interests?

Africanews

Africa Realities Media gives space to writers, researchers, experts, activists, community voices, campaigners, analysts and people with lived experience who want to contribute thoughtful, responsible and courageous content about the changes needed in the region, as well as the political, economic, cultural and social African realities that are often ignored, minimised or misrepresented. Our articles and videos aim to encourage debate, raise awareness, stimulate critical thinking and support reflection. We seek to help people in the Great Lakes Region understand their rights to human rights, development and wellbeing, while also encouraging decision-makers to be more transparent, responsive and accountable.
