Kubijyanye n'igisubizo nabaha nka President w'ishyaka Banyarwanda n'uko uwo murongo w'ubunyarwanda butavangura nta kigeze gihindukaho kubijyanye n'itangazo ryatangajwe na Nyakubahwa Gasana Anastase ryo gushinga umutwe w'ingabo witwa CFCR Imvejuru.
 
Nk'uko amateka y'uyu murongo azwi guhera kera, uyu murongo w'ubunyarwanda watangiranye n'ishingwa ry'ishyaka Banyarwanda. Mubihe byakurikiye, Ishyaka MRP Abasangizi naryo ryabonye ko uwo  umurongo  ari mwiza, hanyuma mu ishinga ryaryo ryiyemeza kuba ariwo ryerekeramo  ndetse rishyira imbere n'ibindi byinshi biwuranga.
 
Kubera ko uyu murongo ugenda ukura, na none muminsi ishize, murwego rwa politiki,  Nyakubahwa Pasteur Docteur General Mupenzi Jean de la Paix nawe yatangaje ko ahisemo uwo murongo wa politiki y'ubunyarwanda butavangura akaba ariwo azajya abarizwamo mubireba ibya politiki.
 
Muri iyi minsi hari n'andi mashyaka n'abantu kugiti cyabo bari muri gahunda yo gusanga uwo murongo wa politiki ishingiye kubunyarwanda butavangura.  
 
Kubijyanye rero n'imiterere y'uwo murongo wa politiki, abawurimo ni abantu kugiti cyabo cyangwa amashyaka yumva yiyemeje gukora politiki babarirwa muri uwo murongo. Kuwujyamo ntabwo bisaba amasezerano kuko abawurimo bakomeza kugira ubwigenge basanganywe haba mumiterere y'amashyaka yabo cyangwa mumikorere yabo. Uyu murongo kandi wemera buri muntu icyo yaba aricyo cyose cyangwa icyo yaba akora cyose. Waba uwihaye imana cyangwa umusirikare cyangwa se ukaba umuntu ukora imirimo igutunze ntabwo uhejwe. Ishingiro ry'uyu murongo ni ukutavangura abanyarwanda.  Abagize uwo murongo, ibyo umwe akoze mumirimo ye bwite mubyo ishyaka rye ryiyemeje  ntabwo bibarwa kubandi. Buri wese ni responsable w'ibikorwa by'ishyaka rye cyangwa ibyo akora kugiti cye.
 
Icyo umurongo umariye abawurimo n'uko n'ubwo buri wese afite ibyo akora, ariko usanga hari ikintu basangiye cy'ubunyarwanda butagira uwo burenganya kandi bose bakaba bagamije kubaka u Rwanda rwa bose rutagira uwo ruheza. ibyo kandi byiyongeraho ko kuba bameze nk'abana bavuka mumuryango  umwe w'ubunyarwanda, n'ubwo amashyaka yabo afite ibyo atandukanyeho, ariko  bituma bamwe bashobora no kugirana ibiganiro nk'abanyarwanda  kuburyo bworoshye bagamije kureba icyafasha abanyarwanda bose.

By'umwihariko ishyaka Banyarwanda ni ishyaka rikomeje gushyira imbere inzira y'amahoro mugukemura ibibazo by'igihugu ariko rikaba rifite uburyo bwaryo bwihariye ribona ikibazo cyo kurinda amahoro kigomba gukemurwa.  Kubireba na none Ishyaka MRP Abasangizi naryo rifite uburyo bwaryo bwihariye ribona ikibazo cy'umutekano cyakemuka. Iyo mibonere y'ibibazo itandukanye hagati y'amashyaka yombi, tubona ko ari ubukungu umurongo wa politiki y'ubunyarwanda ufite kandi byubahiriza n'amahame ya demokarasi.

1.     IKIBAZO KIREMEREYE U RWANDA N'AKARERE K'IBIYAGA BIGARI
          Umutwe w'ingabo CFCR-IMVEJURU urabwira abanyarwanda n'amahanga yose ko ikibazo kiremereye u Rwanda n'abanyarwanda ndetse n'akarere k'ibiyaga bigari bya Afurika atari FDLR n'imiryango yabo n'izindi mpunzi z'abanyarwanda ziri kumwe nabo muri Congo nk'uko bamwe bagwa mumutego wa FPR babyibeshyaho.            Kubona leta y'u Rwanda yitwa ngo ni leta y'abanyarwanda, ivuga ko iyobora igihugu mw'izina ryabo ariko ikirirwa ishishikariza ingabo za l'ONU na Brigade d'intervention kujya kwica abandi banyarwanda bayihungiye mu burasira zuba bwa Congo aho kwicara hamwe ngo itange inda ya bukuru ikemura ibibazo byateye kandi na n'ubu bigitera ubuhunzi mu Rwanda nyuma y'imyaka imaze kurenga makumyabiri iyo leta imaze ku butegetsi. Iriya ni leta ki se! Nta leta irimo. Aha turatanga ingero ibyiri gusa kandi kubyo tuzi neza :
a)     Raporo ikorwa ku barwanyi bahoze mu mutwe wa FLDR bamaze gutahuka mu Rwanda ivuga ko bagera kubihumbi cumi na kimwe (11000) , ariko mu byukuri, ayo mahanga azakore igenzura arebe niba ashobora kubona kimwe cya kabili (1/2) cy'abo bantu baba bakiriho mu Rwanda. Abatarishwe bari kuborera mu magereza bazira gusa ko ari abahutu.
b)    UNCHR izasobanurire amahanga aho abantu 108 yatahukanye mu 1997 ibakuye muri Gabon, bakicirwa ahitwaga Camp Kigali hakarokoka abatageze kuri 35, batubwire raporo yakozwe nibura ngo bamagane ubwo bwicanyi bwa  FPR ! None amahanga arashaka ngo aba bantu bakomeze bicwe ?
 
3.     LETA YA KAGAME NA FPR NTABWO IZAKURWAHO N'AMAHANGA
          Abategereje ko leta mpotozi ya Kagame na FPR ye izavanwaho n'igitutu cy'amahanga musubize amerwe mw'isaho! Mumenye ko ifite miliyari zirenga mirongo ine z'amadolari yasahuye igihugu cyacu n'icy'abaturanyi bacu ba Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo. Ayo madolari y'u Rwanda n'abanyarwanda Kagame na FPR basahuye niyo batagagaguza hirya no hino muri za lobbying ngo zishyigikire ubutegetsi bwabo bugumeho, noneho ugasanga abo bakozi b'umuryango w'abibumbye (ONU) n'ab'ibihugu bimwe babakorera ibyo babasabye bitewe n'uko baba babegereye mbere hose(kare) bakagira n'icyo babapfumbatisha. Niba amahanga atinyuka kuvuga mu ruhame ngo nihongere habe ho kurasa ku mpunzi hirengagijwe Mapping report ibitse mukabati ka l'ONU, birerekana neza ko abari bategereje amahanga, mukureyo amaso mureke twishakemo ibisubizo by'ibibazo by'igihugu cyacu nk'abanyarwanda ari nabo bene kiriya gihugu! Kwibwira ngo umunyagitugu kabuhariwe Kagame igitutu azacyotswa n'amahanga, ibyo ni ukubyibagirwa. Igitutu azacyotswa n'abanyarwanda ubwacu.
          Ibyo Senateri Russ Feingold uhagarariye Leta Zunze Ubumwe za Amerika mu karere k'ibiyaga bigari bya Afurika yavuze kuri izi mpunzi mwabonye ko bisa n'ibyo Umuryango uhuza ibihugu by'i Burayi uherutse kwandika kuri FDLR mw'itangazo ryawo. Kuba kandi Senateri Russ Feingold yarabivugiye muri US-AFRICA SUMMIT nabyo bifite icyo bishatse kuvuga, ntiyapfuye gutura ibintu aho gusa. Ni ubutumwa igihugu cye  cy'Amerika ahagarariye cyamutumye kuvuga. Biragaragara ko dukwiye gushyira hamwe, tukagararariza isi ko ibikorwa n'abayobozi bamwe b' ibi bihugu bitubangamiye cyane.  Kuva kera Bill Clinton yashyigikiye iyicwa ry'abanyarwanda n'umutekano muke mu karere k'ibiyaga bigari bya Afurika,  abikora mu izina ry'abaturage b'Amerika ; Tony Blair yabikoze mu izina ry'abaturage b'Ubwongereza nyamara yaraharaniraga inyungu ze bwite ; Perezida Museveni na n'ubu ugikomeje gufasha Kagame, abikora mu izina ry'abaturage ba Uganda nyamara ni kubw'inyungu ze bwite. None na Senateri Russ Feingold arabikora mu izina ry'igihugu cye. Harageze ko twereka amahanga n'abaturage b'ibi bihugu byo muri Amerika n'i Burayi ko ubwicanyi bukomeje gukorerwa mu karere k'ibiyaga bigari bya Afurika, niba batagize icyo bakora ko amaherezo bazabibazwa.
 
4.     IKIBAZO CYA FDLR N'IMIRYANGO YABO
          Ikibazo cya FDLR n'imiryango yabo n'izindi mpunzi z'abanyarwanda ziri kumwe nabo muri Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo ni ikibazo gikwiye gushyirwa mu rwego rw'ubutabazi (humanitaire/humanitarian) kandi byihutirwa.
          Leta y'u Rwanda gusaba no gushishikariza ingabo za ONU n'iza leta ya Congo kugaba ibitero kuri FDLR n'imiryango yabo n'izindi mpunzi,  n'amahanga gushyigikira  igitekerezo nk'icyo, ntabwo ari wo muti. Bariya bantu nkuko twabivuze haruguru, bari muri Congo ari impunzi zo mu Rwanda, igihugu kiyoborwa na leta ya FPR Inkotanyi  yananiwe gukemura ibibazo byacyo by'irondabwoko, irondakarere n'irondakazu (nepotisme) igahitamo kubitwara mu baturanyi. Ibi byatumye abakongomani kera bahoze ari abaturanyi beza b'intangarugero bahinduka babi bitewe na ziriya ntambara z'amako n'iz'ubusahuzi bw'amabuye y'agaciro Perezida Kagame na FPR bateye muri Congo kuva 1996 bagaba yo igitero cy'intambara bagatwara yo ububi, ubugome n'ubwicanyi byo mu Rwanda bitabaga mu baturage ba Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo.
          None kubera ibyo, abanyekongo ntibagishaka FDLR n'impunzi z'abanyarwnda ku butaka bw'igihugu cyabo kandi birumvikana imyaka imaze kuba makumyabiri yose! Ni myinshi.
 
5.     BIGENDE BITE RERO!
          Iby'ibiganiro n'imishyikirano hagati ya Perezida Kagame n'abatavuga rumwe na leta ye abo ari bo bose, nkuko Senateri Russ Feingold wa Amerika aherutse kubivuga, ntawe utazi ko bitazaba kubushake bwa Perezida Kagame kuko ntabyo ashaka, nta n'ibyo azashaka. Keretse nabitegekwa, kandi ntabandi bazabimutegeka atari twe abanyarwanda ubwacu.
