Yongeye ho ati "DUFITE N'UMUSHINGA WO GUTANGIZA RADIO IMPALA IZAVUGIRA MURI SHORT WAVES, MUZAJYA MUTANGAHO IBITEKEREZO VUBA AHA KUKO IKIRI MU IGERAGEZWA KO YUMVIKANA MU RWANDA". Itangazo riyishinga ryavugaga ryasinyweho n'umuntu umwe rudori, rivuga ko  andi mazina y'abayigize azatangazwa nyuma.
Icyo gihe yewe na KARURURANGA SALEH yakomeje kuba Umunyamabanga wa Komite RNC Bruxelles, ataregura ku mabanga yari ashinzwe muri RNC-Buruseli. Yewe akomeza no gukorera kuri iyo Radio IMPALA.

Icyo mbona ku giti cyanjye, ni uko abafite Radio IMPALA mu maboko yabo, bakoresheje nabi icyizere bari baragiriwe bakiri muri RNC (abus de confiance).
Nkeka ko wenda bashobora kuba ari bo bari  barashyizwe imbere mu guhagararira umushinga w'iyo Radio, ndetse bakaba banasinya kontaro yayo n'abaterankunga. Noneho bamara kubona basezeye mu Ihuriro Nyarwanda, bati dufite iby'ibanga byose bya Radio IMPALA, reka tuyikomeze; ce qui serait malhonnête.

Cette conviction m'emporte par les mentions du communiqué RDU suivantes :

Tout d'abord nous tenons à expliquer que cette radio n'a jamais été la propriété de la plateforme RNC-FDU et AMAHORO ni de l'association radio IMPALA asbl qui a été crée bien après le lancement de la radio pour en acquérir la propriété et l'exclusivité mais cela n'a jamais été possible.
Nous tenons également à dire que les fonds qui ont financé cette radio jusqu'à présent parviennent d'un généreux donateur qui a tenu à garder l'anonymat et non pas des cotisations des membres des de cette plateformes comme nous l'entendons dire ici et là. Nous demandons aux responsables de la plateforme de bien informer leurs membres de l'usage qu'ils ont fait de leurs cotisations pour qu'ils ne continuent pas à traiter nos responsables de voleurs.
Nous tenons également à dire que les dons du généreux donateur n'étaient pas destinés à la plateforme RNC-FDU-AMAHORO mais bien à la promotion du pluralisme médiatique au Rwanda   et notamment à l'accès de l'opposition rwandais aux médias.
Nous dénonçons par ailleurs, le détournement d'une partie de l'aide accordée par ce généreux donateur, ce   qui a empêché la radio IMPALA de fonctionner correctement, notamment par le manque de journalistes car ces derniers refusaient de travailler  bénévolement.
Nous déplorons l'ingratitude de ces responsables de la   plateforme RNC-FDU-AMAHORO vis à vis de Monsieur KARURANGA Saleh, qui est quasiment le seul à avoir accepté de travailler bénévolement sur cette radio depuis sa création jusqu'à ce jour, dans l'unique intérêt   de la diversité d'opinions au Rwanda.
Nous informons tous les rwandais que, même si les moyens accordés par notre donateur ont été détournés, nous sommes déterminés à soutenir   cette réalisation primordiale pour pluralisme d'opinions au Rwanda et nous invitons tous les rwandais, surtout ceux de l'opposition qui n'ont pas droit à la parole dans les médias rwandais, à soutenir cette action et profiter de cette opportunité pour faire vivre le pluralisme d'opinion dans la société Rwandaise".

NONE SE  RDU YARI KUBWIRWA N'IKI IYO RADIO IMPALA ITARI ISANGIWE NA PLATEFORME KANDI  RADIO YARATANGIYE GUKORA RDU UBWAYO YARI ITARAKAVUKA???

Maze bakagena na Commission y'amashyaka yose, abishaka kandi abyimeje, izajya ikurikirana ikibazo cy'iyo Radio IMPALA, atari ukuvuga ngo ni RDU yonyine, cg RNC, cg FDU, AMAHORO, RDI, PDI, ISHEMA, etc.

Naho ibyo kwandika ngo Umuyobozi wa RNC nasobanurire abayoboke be, aho yashyize imisanzu yatangwaga yo gushinga Radio, ni uburyo bwo  kwihunza ikibazo.
Ese mu mpamvu zatumye batatu bavuye muri RNC bashinga RDU, ko batigeze bavugamo ikibazo cy'imisanzu ?? Ko batavuzemo ikibazo cya Radio IMPALA?

Africa Realities Media is an independent African accountability platform based in London. We report, analyse and challenge the systems that shape African suffering, silence African victims and protect abusive power. We are not here to repeat diplomatic language. We are here to ask the questions that are often avoided: why are African deaths treated as normal? Why are African victims given less urgency? Why are governments that imprison, exclude, displace or kill their own people protected when they serve powerful international interests?
