[RwandaLibre] Le déclin de Rwanda-L et l'essor de DHR.
Depuis mon retour sur le web en 2012 (ça faisait une dizaine d'années que je ne touchais plus aux ordinnateurs ni à l'internet), j'essaie de m'abonner à Rwanda-L, mais c'est peine perdue. Ma demande n'est jamais approuvée. On m'a expliqué que la liste n'a plus de modérateur pour approuver les nouveaux membres!
En tenant compte du nombre de postings, Rwanda-L affiche 120 messages en juin 2014 contre 2287 pour DHR pour la même période. Rwanda-L est vraiment en déclin. De Janvier à septenbre 2007, Rwanda-L n'affiche aucune archive en ligne. Cette année 2007 fait partie de la période où j'étais absent du web. Sauriez-vous ce qui s'est passé cette année 2007 pour que cet incident arrive?
J'en profite pour renouveler mon invitation aux modérateurs de Yahoo! Groupes de déménager vers des sites avec des affichages plus modernes tant pour les messages que pour les photos et vidéos. Yahoo! Groupes commence à être dépassée avec ses bouncing emails qui bloquent l'envoi de messages vers des courriels remplies.

DHR is a discussion group which intends to exchange constructive ideas on how to promote Democracy and the respect of Human Rigths in the society.
Our main purpose is to bring the international community to the necessity of reinforcing GOOD GOVERNANCE,DEMOCRACY and HUMAN RIGHTS in all member states. These values should be enjoyed by all human beings.
All postings must be in relation with these topics no matter which country is talked about. This world is being villagized and every bad situation even so far affects all of us in a way or another! It's a forum with an INTERNATIONAL VOCATION in regard both to the members (from different countries) and the subjects to discuss!!! Of course, the situation in countries where state management ,democracy and human rights meet more difficulties (like RWANDA and the Great Lakes subregion in particular, and elsewhere in the world) will need so much our attention and emphasis!!
Topics and discussions are very open. However, extremist messages will be immediately cancelled.We need information,scientific and constructive discussions!!

Many abuses facing African people are committed by African states, ruling elites, armed groups, military forces and security services. But these abuses are often sustained by international silence, Western lobbying, trade interests, migration deals, mineral access, diplomatic partnerships and unequal global accountability.
